A few moments later Romain Grosjean and Esteban Ocon collided, forcing the Force India out of the race. It was Ocon’s first retirement in 55 races, more than half of which were before he arrived in F1.
Felipe Massa and Fernando Alonso
Felipe Massa gave the local some cheer in his final race on home ground by passing his former Ferrari team mate Fernanddo Alonso.
Lewis Hamilton and Max Verstappen
Max Verstappen offered some resistance to Hamilton but he was never going to be able to keep the quicker Mercedes behind.
Vettel clinched his fifth win of 2017 and celebrated with a few doughnuts.
And Massa bowed out in style.
